The winery is situated in the basement of a hotel, featuring a production area with 41 kvevri, offering a total capacity of 40 tons, as well as tanks that can hold 16 tons. With an annual production capacity of up to 100,000 bottles, the winery spans 400 m².

Its wine is sold locally within the hotel, and also distributed through the “8000 Vintages” wine bar chain, allowing it to reach a broader market while maintaining its local presence.
