International Highway Construction Project
LOT 1 and LOT 2 – International Road construction with China Road and Bridge Corporations Branch in Georgia (CRBC) as a subcontractor
Highly qualified Austrian and German companies worked on the design of the Kakheti highway, with the financial support of the World Bank.
The Tbilisi-Sagarejo section is part of the main highway connecting Tbilisi to Kakheti and also a transit corridor connecting it with the northwestern region of Azerbaijan. The intensity of traffic flows has significantly increased on the Tbilisi-Sagarejo section, and the existing road passes through densely populated villages and towns such as Vaziani, Sartichala, Ninotsminda and Sagarejo.
The Tbilisi-Sagarejo highway is divided into 3 sections and a 4-lane cement-concrete expressway equipped with an outdoor lighting system is being built. The construction of the 35-km Tbilisi-Sagarejo section is financed from the state budget, the total cost of which is more than 527 million GEL.
Tada Holding LLC has signed an agreement with CRBC – China Road and Bridge Corporation, a subsidiary of China’s largest company CCCC in Georgia. Within the framework of the signed agreement, the construction of an international highway is underway on 2 lots (Sartichala-Sagarejo and Tsnori-Bakurtsikhe), where Tada Holding LLC is building culverts.
